Further Photos from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.

Additionally included in this new photograph disclosure is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had created development schemes to build upon the substantial island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.

Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.

This development map is marked up in red pen markings and includes a notes section identifying distinct sections of the land.

In addition to this are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, featuring layouts for boat shelters.

Additional documentation made public as part of the current investigative release.
